BAT Summer Programs Explained:

In the summertime, BAT offers several group training sessions that are available in both the morning and afternoons on 6 days each week!  We hold skills-based sessions in both Basketball and Football and also have a highly successful Speed and S&C program for all athletes.

Our programs cater to athletes ages 8+ and we have lots of enrollment options, where each package gives you access to the group sessions in your age group and sport.  Read about each of our options below and then register using the form to secure your spot with BAT this summer!      

 

Youth Basketball Program:

Our youth basketball group sessions cater to boys and girls ages 8-14.  We split up our groups to make sure our athletes are getting quality practice with the skills of the game.  The sessions last 1 hour and are centered around the fundamentals of the game.  Our athletes will be challenged each session to improve their dribbling, shooting, defense, decision making and much more!  Our group sessions typically also include some agility and/or a strength component (~15 minutes) to ensure our young athletes are staying healthy, in shape and becoming more athletic.  We will have 3 main days for these group basketball sessions: Monday’s @ 5 PM, Friday’s at 3:30 PM and Saturday mornings around 9 AM. 

Looking for some weekday AM training session this summer? When you register for any of the summer packs, you will have access to our open training hours running Monday-Thursday from 10 AM – 12 PM most of the summer.  During these 1 hour sessions, athletes will be split up by age and sport and will be working with our coaches to improve everything from their ball handle, jump shot, speed and much more.        

High School Basketball Program:

Our H.S. Group Sessions are intense, 90 minute workouts that focus on a combination of key basketball skills and S&C.  Sessions will include competitive shooting drills, plenty of dribbling routines, game situation drills, speed/power workouts and much more.  These group sessions will be held 3x per week and are available to all of our H.S. players.  These sessions will take place on Monday’s and Friday’s in the late afternoon and on Saturday mornings (see full schedule to the right!).  When our H.S. athletes commit to training and see us 2x per week or more, we typically see a significant increase in their drive and overall abilities.     

Youth Football Program:

This program caters to boys and girls ages 8-14. The training sessions with this group include speed, agility and conditioning drills along with plenty of skills work emphasizing the fundamentals.  We have countless proven drills for all positions and plenty of footballs and blocking pads to facilitate high quality training.  As with the other summer programs, Coach Chaim will lead most of these group sessions and will have help when needed from assistant coaches who are either experienced players, coaches or trainers.

Sessions will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at 4:30 pm.  Additionally, our young athletes are encouraged to train on weekday mornings, as we will hold open training hours from 10 AM – 12 PM on Monday-Thursday for most of the summer.  During these 1 hour sessions, athletes will be split up by age and sport and will be working with our coaches to improve everything from the fundamentals of the game (blocking, tackling, catching etc.) to speed and conditioning.

High School Football Program:

Our H.S. summer program is top tier in terms of preparing athletes for their upcoming training camp and season.  Our H.S. training sessions will be a mix of position specific drills and speed and agility exercises.  We work with all positions and use both established drills and Coach Chaim’s personal techniques for improving skills including: throwing mechanics, ball skills, tackling, blocking, ball carrier moves and more.
 
We will be holding training sessions nearly every week on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays during a 3 hour block, from 5 – 8 pm.  These sessions will range in length from 1.5 – 2.5 hours based on athletes’ positions and size of the group. During this time, each position group will work on 45-60 minutes of skill-based training and use the rest of the time for a speed and agility workout.
 
Can’t make weeknights?  No problem! We have open training hours for all athletes from 10 am – 12 pm Monday-Thursday. Check our schedule to see weekend availability!       
 
Looking to get in some 7v7 and work on your in-game abilities? BAT has a 7v7 Program running on several dates this summer!  Our Elite 7 v 7 Program is separate from our training sessions, as it will solely be games that allow athletes to work on passing on both sides of the ball.  Click here to read all of the details and to register!
 

Summer Packages (All Group Sessions) 

Option A = $480 for 8 sessions

Option B = $850 for 16 sessions

Option C = $1100 for 24 sessions

Option D = $1750 for unlimited sessions (+4 bonus 1:1 sessions with Coach C)   

  • Sessions valid from 6/3/19 – 8/30/19
  • Options B, C and D can be paid in 2 installments.  To do that, please select “contracts” when you are on the “purchase” tab on our booking software!
