In response to COVID-19 and the need to quarantine, Boston Athletic Training is now offering virtual training sessions via Zoom! These group sessions typically run for 1 hour and mainly consist of strength and speed-based training. Check out our schedule below to sign up!
Youth Strength & Speed Training (ages 9-14)
These sessions are a great way for young athletes to stay in shape and involve minimal equipment. We host 9 sessions per week, with a mix of strength classes and speed classes. Athletes receive consistent feedback during sessions as a result of our small group sizes (up to 5 athletes). See the schedule below to find your preferred age range and training focus.
High School Strength Training
Our high school group focuses on full body workouts that involve mainly body weight and plyometric exercises. This group can hold up to 8 athletes, and includes modifications for those with equipment at home. Sign up for one of our upcoming sessions below!
Football Film Study
This is a great way to learn the game of football more in depth. In these sessions, we will cover basic football terminology as well as position-specific techniques. This group can hold up to 8 people, and the session typically runs for 1-1.5 hours (depending on the size of the group).
