Spring Program:

BAT runs 2 lifts and 2 field days each week with some weeks containing 3 field days! Lifts are run by Coach Eli and emphasize proper technique, improved balance and strength. Field days are run by Coach Chaim and include both speed and agility drills, along with position skills work.

Summer Programs:

Starting in June, we will have group sessions running several times per week for all football players ages 8+. Summer is a very crucial time for players to prepare for the upcoming season and take their game to new heights. Click here for more information and to sign up!
